At Silver Studio, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchange is available within 7 days of delivery or purchase.

• Items must be in unused condition, with original packaging, invoice, and all boxes included.

• Exchange is valid only once per order.

• Customized, engraved, or altered items are not eligible for exchange.
